Draw a design on the fabric using the bleach pen. Then place the paper under the fabric and use the text as a guideline drawing over it with the squirt bottle. Wait approximately 60 minutes for the bleach to dry on your newly painted fabric. Dip the brush in the bleach and start drawing over the chalk drawing.
